Saved by the Bell...

I {heart} Zack Morris... At least I used too... back in 1993.
He was hot. :)

JC and I watched this awhile back and laughed so hard. I thought I would post it to bring back all the good memories!

Good Times at Bayside.

I caught that the other day, too. I could see the humor in it, though because of my distaste for the show, I avoided it the first few times I came across it.

I never was a fan of "Saved by the Bell," but I've got a question for you (and/or anyone else) about it. (I don't remember you watching it, by the way--I didn't know you were a fan, but I'm not entirely surprised. I've got a theory. Read on).

Since it aired while I was actually in high school, it seemed to me to grossly misrepresent the aspects of reality which I was encountering during my everyday life. Yet, I've since discovered that it appears to be quite fondly remembered by people (especially females) who are about your age, who were in elementary school while it was on. My question is, did this show affect your expectations of what high school would be like? And, as a followup, did you find that high school actually reflected what you had seen on this show by the time you arrived? Did high school life change that much between 1990-1994 and 1998-2002?

I loved Saved by the Bell. I actually watched an episode this morning at 4:30am where they worked at the beach club, not much on that early. I hadn't seen this clip, thanks for giving me a good laugh.

Carin and JC, so exciting that you are moving to Huntsville soon! I'm not sure if you are looking to buy a house but Mel and I; Kyle and Jessica; and another LDS couple are moving into a new community named towne lakes. You should look into it, very affordable and if you act quick you can get the $8000 tax credit. If you are interested you can call me 775-247-3373. Hope all is well. Robert

I have seen this clip and I sure hope it isn't one of Jimmy Fallon's funny jokes because I think that a Saved by the Bell reunion show would be amazing! Just think Zack and Kelly would have children. Slater would be a world wrestling federation sensation. Jessie would be running some major corporation (and probably still hooked on caffeine pills out of necessity). Lisa would be designing and Screech, well who really knows. Plus Mr. Belding would probably be extremely old but still a principal. Awesome, I should make some calls or start a letter writing campaign to my local senator about this great idea.
